Clinical Laboratory
The laboratory was first established in 1984 by Dr.Pantelitsa Lanitou and it was one of the first clinical laboratories in Paphos. In 2018, the clinical laboratory rebranded as Lanitis laboratory (LanLab) with the induction of Rafael Lanitis as a cofounder. With the expertise and the critical knowledge in clinical sciences, the laboratory is constantly providing services in clinical biochemistry, haematology, immunology and microbiology. The laboratory is licensed by the Ministry of Health, is a GeSY provider, and is fully equipped with the necessary equipment and high quality analysers and is offering a wide range of clinical tests conducted either from blood or from other body fluids.
Dr. Pantelitsa Lanitou finished her medical degree in Thessaloniki in 1979 and proceeded to her microbiology expertise in different areas in Greece. Dr.Pantelitsa Lanitou is a medical microbiologist with vast experience and knowledge in the industry.
Mr. Rafael Lanitis finished his degree in BSc Biochemistry in 2017 at the University of Essex and did an MRes degree in Drug Discovery and Development at Imperial College London. Additionally, he has also done a MSc in Biomedical Sciences with focus in Immunology at the University of Nicosia
